Thank you for shopping at DigiversePro. Since we sell digital products, our refund rules are slightly different from physical items.


1. No Refund on Digital Products

All digital products (ebooks, templates, tools, downloadable files, etc.) are delivered instantly after purchase.
For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns.


2. Exceptions (When a Refund May Be Granted)

We may provide a refund only in the following situations:

a. You Did Not Receive the Product

If you did not receive your digital file or download link.

b. File is Corrupted or Not Working

If the downloaded product does not open or has technical issues.

In such cases, we will first try to provide a working file or replacement.
A refund will be issued only if the issue cannot be fixed.


3. No Refund For:

❌ Buying the wrong product
❌ Changing your mind
❌ Not liking the content
❌ Already downloaded or used products


4. Replacement Policy

If the product is not working, we will send you a new or corrected version first.
Refunds are only provided if replacements also fail.

6. Refund Processing Time
